For the technically inclined, our mail system uses
postfix www.postfix.org,
clamav www.clamav.net,
amavis www.amavis.org,
spamassassin www.spamassassin.org,
an email administration package called postfixadmin from www.high5.net
and the Internet Mail Program (IMP) from www.horde.org

We are currently using the standard spamassassin rules to classify all incoming emails. We hope to offer mail user control in the future.

We also use several anti-spam black lists to restrict incoming mail from known spam sources. It is possible that some mail users will be unable to send mail into our server due to the black list filters. We apologize for the inconvenience. This mechanism shields our clients from hundreds of spams a day. We think reduced spam is worth the risk of occasional mail loss.
